On October 16th, a round table organized by Synnov allowed innovative entrepreneurs to discuss about the success of family-owned companies towards innovation.
What makes these companies so resilient in a difficult global context ? Those companies, though evolving in different sectors, are all internationally successful thanks to their commitment to research and innovation. The exchanges between remarkable Small to Intermediate-sized Enterprises Directors led to several shared key success factors : the historical-based product orientation of these firms, the hands-on management combined with a strong employees sense of belonging granting the effectiveness of information flow, and the high level of R&D long-term trust, backed by a core of supportive family shareholders.
The round table ended up with a cocktail dinner.
