Jean-Pierre SCANDELLA is the founder and Managing Director of ARROWMAN Executive Search in France. He heads the firm’s IT – Telecoms Practice.
Prior to this, he held management positions within major Anglo-American and French firms.
A graduate of the Institut Etudes Politiques (Institute of Political Studies) in Bordeaux (Economics and Finance), he began his career as a Consultant Engineer with Sage, a software vendor, before joining a financial software house as a Contract Engineer.
Jean-Pierre SCANDELLA has worked for more than 25 years in the recruitment of managers and senior managers on behalf of IT – Telecoms – Media professionals (software vendors, manufacturers, operators), user companies and agro-industrial companies in Europe. He provides advice over the long term to several major SMEs in international expansion. He is also a founding member of (SYNNOV) (Professional Association of Technological Innovation) and Business Angel in a private capacity.
