Anne Mazuel is the Managing Director of Arrowman Executive Search.

Anne is responsible for the Consumer Practice (Luxury, Retail, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). She addresses a wide range of strategic and sensitive challenges for global players in the Consumer, Industry, and B2B Services sectors, earning her international recognition in the field. Her influence extends across France as well as globally and locally in various countries.

With over 20 years of experience in executive recruitment consulting, including 15 years at Arrowman Executive Search, Anne has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth. She has particularly developed a recognized expertise in strategic top-management roles in France and internationally.

For many years, Anne Mazuel has been supporting large international groups, mid-sized companies, and major players in the CAC 40 and SBF 120 indices with complex executive recruitment assignments for top-management positions (CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Committees, and Management Boards). Her approach – combining rigor, strategic vision, and commitment – enables her to effectively address rapid transformation challenges, whether in turnaround situations, sustained growth, or mergers and acquisitions.

Anne Mazuel holds an MBA in Business Management from the IAE at Paris-Sorbonne University and an International HR MBA from the Executive Business School of Barcelona.
