Appointment of ANNE MAZUEL as MANAGING DIRECTOR

At the dawn of the new year, Arrowman Executive Search is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Mazuel as Managing Director. With over 20 years of experience in executive recruitment consulting, Anne Mazuel has previously served as Associate Director at Arrowman Executive Search, overseeing the Consumer Practice (Luxury, Retail, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). She has addressed numerous sensitive strategic challenges for global leaders in the Consumer, Industry, and B2B Services sectors, earning international recognition in the field. Her influence spans both in France and globally, as well as locally in various countries.

Anne Mazuel has been supporting major international groups, mid-sized companies, and CAC 40/SBF 120 players on complex top management recruitment assignments (CEO, General Director, Executive Committees, and Management Committees). Her approach, combining rigor, strategic vision, and commitment, allows her to effectively address challenges in fast-paced transformation environments, whether in turnaround, sustained growth, or M&A operations.

A graduate of an MBA in Business Management from the IAE at the University of Paris La Sorbonne and the International HR MBA from the Executive Business School in Barcelona, Anne operates in demanding multicultural environments across Europe and beyond. She is recognized for her key role in identifying and integrating leaders capable of driving the strategic transformations of tomorrow.
