ARROWMAN Executive Search celebrates 11 years!
Innovation and corporate spirit
I wish a happy 11th Birthday to the ARROWMAN Executive Search team who has been fighting every day to find new talents. Our clients entrust us with more and more complex projects to innovate and create new growth levers. Most of the profiles we research are rare and very courted.
However, when hunting, our team always respects the criteria of research and a balance between the expectations of both our clients and the candidates.
Entrepreneurship, innovation, international development are issues that surround us. In this Newsletter, we want to underline our ability to manage those stakes through INAC (www.inac-global.com), our international network that we represent directly in France and in BeLux.
Chief Executive Officer, Subsidiary President, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Transformation Director, Marketing Director, Innovation Director, Head of Human Resources Director of Big Data, are many functions that correspond to candidates that are experienced and have multiple skills. I would like to stress that we also hire experts and the most talented technicians in Biotech, in Industry and in IT without ever forgetting that they will join a company and a team, which means they will have to share the corporate spirit and its values. The values of the company remain often hidden from the overall culture of the company, which makes it harder for newcomers to understand what brings teams together, what animates them and how they reach a common objective. Our team is concerned about respecting the companys spirit that is usually inspired by the companys founders and its developers. We consider both the expectations of the candidates and their search for meaning and we notice that they always end up meeting the ones of the employer. When the goals are shared, commitment is stronger and lasts longer.
This approach, simple, direct and spontaneous can usually be found in start-ups and in the Digital field. Indeed, young entrepreneurs are more motivated by the content rather than the form or the hierarchal relations. They are enthusiastic and have new ways of working that are both efficient and smooth and that big Groups are starting to use.
We are also very attentive in mid-cap and family owned companies, which manage to innovate and grow internationally while always searching for a meaning and a good balance. On our scale, we believe that women and men from ARROWMAN Executive Search are particularly sensible and attentive in sharing their common values.
We thank you again for your trust and we look forward to hearing from you in the future.
Jean-Pierre Scandella, Founder and Managing Director of ARROWMAN Executive Search.
Leading our clients with mid-cap companies through their development on the international scene
Globalization implies identifying quickly the best talents in order to be well established in a country, a geographical area or a continent. This move isnt exclusively reserved to multinationals as the number of mid-cap companies that has successively settled in an international market has rose. This success is mostly based on a robust strategy in terms of Human Resources. However, we can point out that it isnt always easy for a company to hire in another market than its own local one, especially for mid-cap companies, which, by definition, dont have the same means as big firms.
This is an issue that our clients face frequently. In order to advice them on their international development, ARROWMAN Executive Search joined INAC (www.inac-global.com) in 2011. Founded in 1992, this network federates 47 recruiting offices in 42 countries on the 5 continents. ARROWMAN Executive Search is a member of INAC for France and Belgium, two of the countries in which we were already established with our own offices.
This network is exclusively constituted of independent companies that are motivated by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and of offices that are renowned locally. This is how ARROWMAN saves its clients precious time in recommending a local Executive search partner abroad: we provide them with a high quality of service and standards along with harmonized conditions of intervention in many countries.
Many examples show the significance, the added value and the efficiency of this solution:
One of our clients, a French mid-cap company specialized in high-technology components (2200 persons Turnover: 340 M$) decided in 2014 to establish in the Monterrey region in Mexico where it was building and starting a new manufacturing plant. One of the stakes for the company was to find a recruiting office on site that could help them set up their teams, was specialized in hiring locally, had an expertise on the industrial sector and was valued for the quality of its process and consultants. With the support of our INAC partner in Mexico, ARROWMAN Executive Search was able to recruit Operational Managers and set up a team of experts in Quality and Lean Manufacturing.
A French family owned group (4000 persons Turnover: 5,5 Billion $) specialized in the food-processing industry that ARROWMAN Executive Search has been working with for many years in its development in France and in Belgium, has contacted us at the end of 2013 to find a Chief Executive Officer for one of its division in Russia. Arrowman Executive Search has successfully leaded this mission in close collaboration with our INAC Russian partner.
In this context, ARROWMAN Executive Search often leads searches for small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-cap companies and German Groups, Swiss, Spanish, Italians, Irish that were addressed by the INAC network in order to look for Senior Executive leaders in their French and Belgium subsidiaries.
Supporting our clients in the constitution and development of their teams by finding solutions in France and abroad is one of the major resources of ARROWMAN Executive Searchs identity and added value.
